SuperMerchado is an innovative platform specializing in merchandise management and logistics. After successfully collaborating on improving their website, we were entrusted with designing a custom web application to streamline their operations.


Project Scope

The web application serves as a digital warehouse and merchandise management tool, allowing users to:

  • Manage inventory in one centralized platform

  • Place and track orders efficiently

  • Oversee deliveries and distribution points

  • Simplify the reordering process for new stock

Design Process


  • Discovery & Strategy – We conducted initial meetings with the client to define key objectives and understand the application’s core functionalities.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping – We developed low-fidelity wireframes, gradually refining them into high-fidelity designs to finalize the project scope.
  • UI Design & Interactive Prototype – The final design was created in Figma, including a clickable prototype for usability testing.
  • Handover for Development – Upon completion, all necessary assets and design specifications were handed over to the development team.


Outcome

The application is currently in its beta phase, and early feedback has been positive, indicating improved efficiency in merchandise organization and order management.
